Become an expert for the TQ-HPR50 e-bike system with a personal on-site training

The one-day Academy Day is your personal TQ-training on-site. Enhance your expertise with theoretical knowledge and hands-on know-how about the TQ-HPR50 system.

Sales staff and owners of bike shops are provided with expert knowledge to advise customers optimally and support the sale of bikes with TQ-systems. We place a special focus on promoting targeted customer consultation and ensuring satisfaction.

As a workshop employee, you prepare for the service of TQ-components with the Academy Day. Through the training, you not only gain the competence to quickly identify the correct fault component with troubleshooting but also valuable tips and tricks for bike diagnosis and component replacement. We show you how to use the TQ-Service Tool optimally. The common goal is to get our customers back on their bikes as quickly as possible.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a certificate. This underscores your professionalism and gains the trust of customers who choose an E-Bike with the HPR50 system.

Take the opportunity to receive firsthand expert knowledge and be able to ask questions directly. The product and service training allows you to develop a comprehensive understanding of TQ-technology and provide real added value for your customers.

Full-day training 9 am - 12 pm | Lunch break | 1 pm - 4 pm

Important: To use the links to the ticket on this page, you must be logged in to the TQ-Dealer Portal. You can find the tickets in the webshop of the Dealer Portal. If you are registering for the first time, we will activate the webshop for you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Cost: €50 per ticket.
The ticket is valid for one person, and up to 2 tickets can be purchased per bike shop.
Details about the location, directions, and parking will be sent to you via email no later than 2 weeks before the training date.
The registration deadline is up to 2 weeks before the date.
