Important Transition

TQ is updating the Production Flashing Tool (PFT) and Dealer Service Tool (DST) as part of an important infrastructure transition. The transition ensures that TQ technology remains up to date.

Timeline:

April 10 – May 9, 2025: Transition Phase

  • PFT 1.6 and DST 1.6 remain active.
  • PFT 2.0 and DST 2.0 are available for download and registration (not yet usable).

May 10–11, 2025: Switch-Over Period

  • No usage possible: PFT and DST will be offline on both days.

From May 12, 2025: New Infrastructure

  • PFT 2.0 and DST 2.0 are fully operational.
  • PFT 1.6 and DST 1.6 will be deactivated.

1. Receive login details and change password

  • You will receive your login details (email address + individual initial password) via email.
  • Log in and change your password during the first login.

2. Download and install tools

  • Download the new versions of PFT 2.0 and/or DST 2.0 here
  • Install the tools on your computer.

3. Register the tools

  • Launch the tools.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions for registration.
  • Use your email address and the changed password.

4. Check registration status

  • After successful registration, the status will be displayed in the tool.
  • Until the switch on May 12, 2025, the full functionality will remain disabled.
  • Continue using PFT 1.6 / DST 1.6 until then.

5. Using on multiple computers

  • Install and register the tools on each computer with the same login details.

Notes on issues

  • Carefully check your email address and password.
  • Test your login in the download area.

FAQ

Can I still use the current version?

Yes, you can only use the current version of the tool (1.6) until the switch-over.

  • At the time of the transition, the functionality of the new version 2.0 will be activated.
  • After the switch-over, the use of version 1.6 will be automatically deactivated, and you will receive a notification in the tool.

I can't register!

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Make sure you have entered your login details (email address and password) correctly.
  • Ensure you have changed your initial password through the web interface.
  • Afterward, only use your new password instead of the initial password.
