Important Transition

TQ is updating the Dealer Service Tool (DST) as part of an important infrastructure transition. The transition ensures that TQ technology remains up to date.

Timeline:

April 10 – May 9, 2025: Transition Phase

• DST 1.6 remains active.
• DST 2.0 is available for download and registration (not yet usable).

May 10–11, 2025: Switch-Over Period

• No usage possible: DST will be offline on both days.

From May 12, 2025: New Infrastructure

• DST 2.0 is fully operational.
• DST 1.6 will be deactivated.

Requirement:
You must be registered as a dealer in the portal to use the Dealer Service Tool 2.0.

Prepare Login Details
Have your login details for the dealer portal ready:

• Email address
• Password
• Forgot your password? [Click here to reset it before proceeding.]

Download Dealer Service Tool 2.0
FInd the download via this link. (Please note: You have to be logged in to the portal for this!)

• Begin the installation process.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Open Tool and Start Registration

• Open Dealer Service Tool 2.0.
• Follow the registration steps and enter your login details (email and password).

Check Registration Status
After entering your details, the tool will show your registration status.

• Successfully registered?
  You can start using the tool after the transition date.
• Note: Before the switch, the tool will only show the registration status. Full functionality will be unlocked after the update on the transition date.

Use on Multiple Computers
To use the tool on multiple computers:

• Install and register the tool on each computer with the same login details.

Issues with Registration?

• Double-check your login details.
• Try logging into the dealer portal.
  If you still can’t log in, contact support.

Always provide your registration email when contacting support for quicker assistance.

FAQ

 

Kann ich die aktuelle Version noch verwenden?

Ja, bis zur Umstellung können Sie ausschließlich die aktuelle Version des Tools (1.6) verwenden.

• Zum Umstellungszeitpunkt wird der Funktionsumfang der neuen Version 2.0 durch ein Update freigeschaltet.
• Nach der Umstellung wird die Nutzung der Version 1.6 automatisch deaktiviert, und Sie erhalten eine entsprechende Meldung im Tool.

Ich kann mich nicht registrieren!

1. Zugangsdaten überprüfen:

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre Zugangsdaten (E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort) korrekt eingegeben haben.
• Testen Sie, ob Sie sich mit denselben Daten im Händlerportal anmelden können.

2. Passwort zurücksetzen:

• Funktioniert die Anmeldung im Händlerportal nicht, setzen Sie Ihr Passwort über die Funktion „Passwort vergessen“ zurück.

3. Weitere Unterstützung:

• Sollten weiterhin Probleme auftreten, wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Support.

Wie kann ich das Tool auf mehreren Rechnern in meiner Werkstatt installieren?

• Installieren Sie das Tool auf jedem Rechner, den Sie in Ihrer Werkstatt nutzen möchten.
• Verwenden Sie bei der Registrierung auf jedem Gerät dieselben Zugangsdaten wie bei der Erstinstallation.
