Important Transition

TQ is updating the Dealer Service Tool (DST) as part of an important infrastructure transition. The transition ensures that TQ technology remains up to date.

Timeline:

April 10 – May 9, 2025: Transition Phase

• DST 1.6 remains active.
• DST 2.0 is available for download and registration (not yet usable).

May 10–11, 2025: Switch-Over Period

• No usage possible: DST will be offline on both days.

From May 12, 2025: New Infrastructure

• DST 2.0 is fully operational.
• DST 1.6 will be deactivated.

Requirement:
You must be registered as a dealer in the portal to use the Dealer Service Tool 2.0.

Prepare Login Details
Have your login details for the dealer portal ready:

• Email address
• Password
• Forgot your password? [Click here to reset it before proceeding.]

Download Dealer Service Tool 2.0
FInd the download via this link. (Please note: You have to be logged in to the portal for this!)

• Begin the installation process.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Open Tool and Start Registration

• Open Dealer Service Tool 2.0.
• Follow the registration steps and enter your login details (email and password).

Check Registration Status
After entering your details, the tool will show your registration status.

• Successfully registered?
  You can start using the tool after the transition date.
• Note: Before the switch, the tool will only show the registration status. Full functionality will be unlocked after the update on the transition date.

Use on Multiple Computers
To use the tool on multiple computers:

• Install and register the tool on each computer with the same login details.

Issues with Registration?

• Double-check your login details.
• Try logging into the dealer portal.
  If you still can’t log in, contact support.

Important:
Always provide your registration email when contacting support for quicker assistance.

FAQ

 

Can I still use the current version?

Yes, until the changeover you can only use the current version of the tool (1.6).

At the time of the changeover, the functional scope of the new version 2.0 will be activated by an update.
After the changeover, the use of version 1.6 will be automatically deactivated and you will receive a corresponding message in the tool.

I cannot register!

1. check access data:

• Make sure that you have entered your access data (e-mail address and password) correctly.
• Test whether you can log in to the dealer portal with the same data.

2. reset password:

• If logging into the merchant portal does not work, reset your password using the "Forgot password" function.

3. further support:

• If you continue to experience problems, please contact our support team.

How can I install the tool on several computers in my workshop?

Install the tool on each computer that you want to use in your workshop.
When registering on each device, use the same access data as for the initial installation.
