These Terms and Conditions of Participation and Privacy Notice (collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to participation in the “Dreambike” competition by Daniela Maier. As part of the Dreambike campaign, a TREK TREK Domane+ SL 9 AXS Gen 5 E-Road Bike with TQ HPR40 drive system, customised by ski crosser Daniela Maier and valued at EUR 8,999, will be raffled off.

By participating in the competition, participants accept these Terms and Conditions. Participation is free of charge and is not conditional upon the purchase of any goods or services.

By participating in the competition, participants do not enter into any contractual or other legal obligation towards TQ beyond the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Period and Procedure

The competition begins on 15 September 2026 and ends on 15 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The time at which the complete participation requirements have been fulfilled on the respective social media platform shall be decisive for determining whether participation was submitted on time.

Comments, new follows or other participation activities received or completed after the participation period has ended will no longer be taken into consideration when determining the winner.

The winner will be selected at random on 16 November 2026 at 9:00 a.m. from among all eligible participants who fulfil the requirements described in these Terms and Conditions.

Participation

Participation takes place via the competition post published as part of the Dreambike campaign. To participate validly, all requirements stated in the competition post must be fulfilled in full. These include, in particular:

(a) following the Instagram accounts @tq_ebike and @trekbikes named in the competition post throughout the participation period; and

(b) leaving a comment under the respective competition post in accordance with the task specified there.

Participation is only possible during the participation period stated above. Compliance with the participation requirements must be verifiable at the time the winner is selected.

Each participant may enter the competition only once. Multiple comments by the same person or multiple entries via additional accounts do not increase the chances of winning. The Organiser reserves the right to consider multiple entries only once when determining the winner or to exclude them entirely in the event of abusive use.

Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Any costs incurred through the use of the internet or the respective mobile network provider shall be borne by the participants themselves.

Eligibility

The competition is open to natural persons who are resident in Germany or Austria and who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation.

Employees of the Organiser, persons directly involved in the conception or implementation of the competition, as well as their relatives or family members, are not eligible to participate.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there are legitimate grounds for doing so. This applies in particular in the event of:

(a) manipulation or attempted manipulation in connection with access to or the implementation of the competition;

(b) violations of these Terms and Conditions;

(c) dishonest or abusive behaviour;

(d) false or misleading information provided in connection with participation or the processing of the prize; or

(e) the use of multiple accounts or other technical means with the aim of unlawfully increasing the chances of winning.

If a participant is excluded after the winner has been selected, the prize may subsequently be revoked and a new winner selected.

Prize

Among all eligible participants, a TREK TREK Domane+ SL 9 AXS Gen 5 E-Road Bike with TQ HPR40 drive system, customised by Daniela Maier and valued at EUR 8,999, will be raffled off. The customisation of the bike is part of the prize.

Cash payment of the prize or of any difference in value is excluded. The prize cannot be exchanged. The prize is not transferable to another person.

The equipment, configuration and customisation of the Dreambike correspond to the prize presented as part of the campaign. Deviations resulting from technically necessary or unavoidable changes remain reserved, provided that they do not materially affect the overall value or character of the prize.

Selection and Notification of the Winner

The winner will be selected at random on 16 November 2026 at 9:00 a.m. from among all valid and eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform on which the competition is conducted. As part of the notification, the Organiser will ask the winner to provide the contact details required for processing the prize.

The winner must contact the Organiser within 24 hours of receiving the notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, the entitlement to the prize shall expire. In this case, the Organiser is entitled to select a new winner at random from among the remaining eligible participants using the same procedure.

If the winner cannot be notified due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible contact details, the participant shall bear the resulting risk. There shall be no entitlement to renewed contact attempts.

Handover or Delivery of the Prize

The specific handover or delivery of the Dreambike will be agreed individually with the winner following successful contact. The prize will only be handed over to the selected winner.

If additional information is required for the handover or delivery of the prize, the winner must provide such information completely and correctly within the period specified by the Organiser.

Any costs incurred for shipping the prize shall be borne by the Organiser, unless otherwise agreed as part of the individual arrangements. Any personal additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any tax treatment of the prize.

Termination or Modification of the Competition

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, prematurely terminate or temporarily suspend the competition for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular if technical, legal or other circumstances arise that no longer allow the competition to be properly conducted or that significantly impede its implementation.

If a modification or termination becomes necessary, the Organiser will appropriately take the legitimate interests of the participants into account. Participants shall only have claims arising from a modification or premature termination to the extent required by mandatory statutory provisions.

Liability of TQ

TQ shall only be liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. This shall not apply in cases of negligent breach of a material contractual obligation. Material contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment is essential for the proper implementation of the competition and on compliance with which participants may regularly rely.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, TQ’s liability shall be limited to the typically foreseeable damage. These limitations of liability shall not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or in cases where liability is mandatory by law.

TQ shall not be liable for technical malfunctions, failures or interruptions of the social media platform, internet connection or other technical systems that are beyond TQ’s control and that result in participation not being transmitted or not being transmitted on time.

Applicable Law and Legal Recourse

These Terms and Conditions and the legal relationship between the participants and TQ shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise. Legal recourse with regard to the selection of the winner is excluded. There shall be no entitlement to payment of the cash value of the prize.

Data Protection

As part of the implementation of the competition, TQ processes personal data only to the extent necessary for conducting the competition, selecting the winner, notifying the winner and processing the prize. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

As part of participation, the publicly visible account name or account name visible in connection with the competition, the comment submitted and the information required to verify compliance with the participation requirements may in particular be processed. Following notification of the winner, the winner’s contact details required for processing and handing over or delivering the prize will additionally be collected.

Personal data will not be used for other purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without a legal basis. Where necessary for processing the prize, data may be disclosed to companies affiliated with TQ pursuant to Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) or to commissioned service providers. These recipients will only receive the data required for the respective task.

Personal data collected in connection with the competition will be deleted after completion of the prize processing, unless statutory retention obligations or other legal reasons prevent deletion.

Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same shall apply to any gaps in these Terms and Conditions.
